Some of the topics discussed will be new business models for publishing peer-reviewed literature (Open Access Journals, SPARC Alternative Journals), initiatives to preserve access to scholarly materials (LOCKSS, Open Content Alliance), and the impact of these new models upon scholarly research activity (open peer review).
